We work hard every day to “make the most of the charm of ingredients” so that the wishes of our producers reach our guests.

About the owner

Joined Hotel Granvia Osaka. Engaged in French and Italian cuisine for 6 years in Osaka and Kyoto. Changed his job to a wine import trading company and became a wine sommelier. For 6 years, I was in charge of hosting dinners in Fukuoka, Osaka, Aichi, Kanagawa, and Tokyo, inviting producers from more than 10 countries around the world (France, Italy, Spain, America, Chile, New Zealand, etc…). French restaurant Filere opened in 2020. The core of the brand is the pairing of food and wine, which he has traveled all over Japan to see the “essence” of ingredients and culture. A caviar sommelier who has tasted more than 100 types of caviar from 11 countries around the world and 15 prefectures in Japan, and interacts with producers. We look forward to your visit.
